Virgin feedstock
Pure certified polymers: HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, polypropylene. Grades by processing method: extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, blown film. On a par with the feedstock of Russia's largest producers.
Compounds for your task
Polymer blends for specific parameters: MFR adjustment, filling (calcium carbonate, talc, glass fibre), UV stabilisation, antistatic and antioxidant additives, colouring.
Recycled granulate
Homogeneity, deep purification, consistent quality, any volume.
Colourants and additives
Masterbatches (coloured, black, white) and functional additives (UV, antistatic, antioxidants) for colouring and modifying the properties of polymers.

In contrast to traders, we bring an engineering approach to every deal. Drawing on our own production experience, we think in terms of technology:

Pipes
Pressure and non-pressure. The HDPE pipe grade TUB121N3000, class PE100+ — MRS 10.0 MPa (rated for a 50-year service life). Selected to match SDR and PN working pressure; marking to GOST 18599-2001.
Film
Stretch film, shrink film, construction film, greenhouse film. LLDPE for strength and puncture resistance; LDPE for clarity and processability; selected by MFR and density for blown film.
Blow-moulded containers
HDPE blow-moulding grades: low MFR, broad MWD, high ESCR (environmental stress-crack resistance) — critical for jerrycans holding detergents, oils and chemicals. The high-viscosity melt produces a strong weld seam.
Automotive components
PP and modified compounds to tight tolerances; filling and stabilisation to automotive-industry requirements.

Two-tier quality control.
Quality is our responsibility. Systematic supply you can plan around, laboratory testing, replacement on any non-conformity, and a guarantee that the deal is secure.
Manufacturer's certificate on every batch.
An independent certified laboratory in Russia: MFR to GOST 11645-2021 (harmonised with ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238); density, ash content and colour to the relevant GOST standards.
The client receives not only a mill certificate, but also a Russian test report.
No advances for empty guarantees
Payment only after the cargo has physically shipped. Confirmed by bill of lading (Iran) or rail waybill (China).
Every risk of delay and loss in transit is on us. The client receives either the goods or a replacement.
Transparent cargo status at every stage. Delivery to the client's warehouse — our responsibility.

PetroChina is a state corporation of world standard. The TUB121N3000 pipe grade carries PE100+ certification. Every batch comes with a mill certificate and a test report from an independent Russian laboratory.

Payment only after physical shipment. Every in-transit risk is on us: you receive either the goods or a replacement. And if one channel fails, the cargo comes via the other.
